Client Portal
A client portal is a secure cloud based site that allows you to log in and view all documents imported into a specific folder set up for you. This includes tax returns, financial statements, and other sensitive documents that we may need to share with each other. Once inside the portal, you will be able to send and receive documents. When a portal folder is set up for you, you will receive an email with instructions on setting up a login and password.
The client Portal is more reliable than email for three reasons:
• Security
• The ability to send large files
• Document and data organization
While no method of digital communication is flawless, the privacy and protection components of the client portal have large advantages over standard email.
